2. Order Issues

If your campaign does not start, or there is a technical issue preventing service delivery:

• Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.

• Our support team will review the issue and either restart the campaign or provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

3. Partial Delivery

In rare cases where a campaign delivers partially:

• We will provide a refill to ensure your order is fully completed.

• If refill is not possible, a partial refund may be offered based on the delivered amount.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are started.

• You may cancel pending orders that have not yet started.
